Nice courtyard view, timber/concrete building, lush garden oasis

A little too much road noise from nearby traffic!!! Stained and torn sheets could really use replacing!!! The shower plumbing was loose and needs fixing!!! Please address these minor issues for a better experience!!!

Charming place with outstanding and wonderful rooms. Affable, nice stuff towards all guests. Breakfast with toast. Great location to the famous Pai walking street. Based just next door to market, restaurants and bars, the centre of pai, and the center:)))

i booked deluxe bungalow, it was beautiful and complete with super comfy beds, ac, for example.

The staff were a little noisy, didn't expect that coming.

The Beautiful Double Bungalow was clean and cozy, but noise from neighbors was annoying.

Didn't like anything, except free toast.

A highlight was the really good garden. While the staff were friendly, communication could be a challenge at times due to language barriers. Adjusting the water temperature in the shower proved inconsistent, which detracted slightly from the experience, but the overall peaceful setting compensated for these minor inconveniences.

Great place! The Beautiful Twin Bungalow had a super comfy bed, air conditioning, and a tv. Loved the private bathroom with free toiletries. Morning coffee and toast were awesome. Perfect for couples looking for a peaceful spot near the walking street.

The place is peaceful yet close to the bustling street. We explored the beautiful local gardens and enjoyed two great spots for meals nearby. The morning free tea and toast were a lovely touch. Highly recommended if you want a quiet escape with easy access to local attractions!

I did find the shower temperature a bit tricky to adjust, a bit frustrating .
